Features

A strength training tracker: programmes, a hint for every set, progress, body, coach and Claude.

Programmes

Days and exercises
Days or exercise groups, sets with reps and weight, a note on an exercise — shown in every following workout.
Load strategy
Decides what weight and how many reps to give next time — for the whole programme or one exercise. Each has a worked example and sources. You can build your own.
Library
Ready-made programmes and strategies: take a copy and adjust it.
Programme goal
Now and wanted: a starting check-in, photos, a target weight. New check-ins show how far there is to go.

Workout

Fields per exercise
Reps and weight, reps only, weight only, time, or time and weight — the screen asks only what the exercise has.
A hint with a reason
Weight and reps for the next set are filled in, with why underneath. The full plan is behind “More”.
Stopwatch and rest
Start and stop a set; rest counts itself until the next start. An optional countdown before the set.
Set rating
After a set — how much more you could have done. The next set is calculated from it.
Light workout
Tired — a workout without probes and with the weight lowered by a set percentage. It doesn't count towards the next ones.
After the fact
Forgot to log — add a past workout with its date and duration.
Set video
Record or pick on your phone; it uploads in the background. Part of Plus.

After the workout

Report
Where the time went — sets, rest, warm-up; compared with your usual workout of that day.
Up and down
What grew and what dipped, how hard it was, best results.

Progress

Calendar and exercise map
How often you train, which exercises grow and which have stalled.
Muscle load
Working sets per week for each muscle against your target: you see where it's short.
Chart
One exercise or one muscle over a week, months or all time.

Body

Check-in
Weight, nine girths, photos and a note for a date. An empty field means “not measured”, not zero.
Trends
Weight and girth charts and what changed over a period. Kilograms and centimetres or pounds and inches.

Reference

Exercises
Your own exercises with technique, muscles and the share of load on each; a shared catalogue after moderation.
Muscles
An anatomy reference: region, muscle, its part — with Latin names.
Notes
Folders, tags, search; text with images and files.

Show on a 3D model what your body looks like now and what you want. A workout program is built from the difference — one-off, no sign-up.
